Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Free Training

With all of the Active shooter events happening across the world, it only makes sense to be prepared. Sign up and receive FREE training on Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event presented by Cpl. Tron Beesley. 

Cpl. Beesley has been with the Paragould Police Department for five years where he has been an active S.W.A.T. team operator.  During Cpl. Beesley’s law enforcement career, he has been a law enforcement instructor, firearms instructor, and D.A.R.E instructor.  Cpl. Beesley will provide tremendous training and knowledge to the entire community of Paragould about active shooter.  

 Law enforcement officers and agencies are frequently requested by schools, businesses, and community members for direction and presentations on what they should do if confronted with an active shooter event. The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course, designed and built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend strategy developed by ALERRT in 2004, provides strategies, guidance and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event.

Topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, the role of professional guardians, civilian response options, medical issues and drills.

This four-hour training is being offered to schools, colleges, businesses, hospitals and places of worship.  The training can also be modified to fit your schedule and needs.
