The Greene County Industrial Training Consortium (a consortium of local business, industry, and educational providers) has been training high performance employees for member companies since July 1998. Members are provided high quality, skill-building education that is customized to the needs of the business or industry. If GCITC/BRTC does not have a qualified trainer on staff, they do a statewide or nationwide search and bring an instructor in to meet the organization’s needs. The GCITC staff also helps businesses and industries get training grants from the state.
