Job Duties
Support Services Captain Jason Elms reports directly to the Chief of Police. Captain Elms is responsible for officers assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division, Street Crimes Unit, and the School Resource Officers assigned to the Paragould School District. Captain Elms serves as the department's Public Information Officer which includes preparing all media releases, conducting all media interviews, and administering the department's social media presence.
