Water Aerobics
Water aerobics takes place on weekdays in our Indoor Aquatic Center. The fee is included with the Indoor Aquatic Membership, or you can pay $5 each time you attend. All ages are welcome!.
This fun exercise can help with many health issues, from helping with balance to relieving joint pain from circulatory problems and arthritis. Water aerobics can also help improve your heart and lung function while helping build up your strength with gentle resistance from the water.

Step Aerobics
Three days per week, there is a step aerobics class that meets upstairs at the Community Center. There is a monthly fee of $15 that is paid to the instructor and all necessary equipment is provided. You may also try this class once before joining at no charge.
There are many benefits to this flexible exercise that is one of the best best weight-loss activities. Step aerobics is a great way to strengthen your leg muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

Devoted Fitness Class
We’ll dance, with and without drumsticks, and we’ll do lots of stretching, flexibility, and strength training. All in one hour! No rhythm? No problem! Out of shape? No problem!
