The Operations Division oversees specialized functions that support department readiness, compliance, and community safety. This division includes Training, Recruitment, Code Enforcement, SWAT, Sex Offender Compliance, and Animal Control, each contributing to the effective delivery of public safety services.
Operations is responsible for ensuring personnel are properly trained and equipped, recruiting and developing qualified officers, and maintaining readiness for high-risk and critical incidents. The division also enforces municipal codes, monitors sex offender compliance, and provides animal control services that protect both residents and animals.
Through coordination, oversight, and proactive planning, the Operations Division strengthens organizational effectiveness while supporting frontline and investigative functions across the department.
